You know it’s going to be a good day at work when you wake up to a txt from your boss saying to bring your best data recovery tools because a student’s grade hinges on me being able to recover a word file that they never saved. ( and it’s going to be a 10-11 hour day ) I’m so excited to go to work right now…

Trick-or-treat-bang! ( Which when translated from Kase to English I think means give me candy or I will shoot you with my wooden gun. ) If you aren’t up on current events, Kase is my adorable nephew and this is his first real Halloween. He is going as a Deer Hunter. Scccaaarrrrryyyy ( more Kase ) Hopefully at some point there will be pictures and maybe even some video. ( His Mom and Grammy have to come through on that one. Hint hint… )
Remember the good times

My maternal Grandmother died a few days ago after a protracted battle with Alzheimer’s disease. In a very small way I feel better that she is no longer suffering, but in a much more profound way I miss her. It seems that all the happy memories I have of her have become somehow tainted now because of her death. In the hope of remembering the happiness they once brought me I’m going to post of few of them here.
