Another ortho doc would be nice since the one I saw said I can either live with the pain and a pretty much non-functional wrist, or have it fused straight for the rest of my life. I’m just not really thrilled about that.

I need a new ortho doc because the one I have has no idea what to do to fix my wrist. I’m set to see another doc in his office that does more with hands and wrists on Monday, so we’ll see if anything comes from that. For some reason I’m not terribly optimistic. You can probably guess why…

Now lately my poor wrist would only pop at the unstable joint when some evil occupational therapy wench was bending it. That was, until yesterday. I don’t know what changed, or if it is a good sign or a bad one, but my wrist has started popping on it’s own now. The problem is that when it does pop, it hurts like almighty crap. I am almost totally convinced that I still have a bone out of place that will have to be corrected with surgery to eliminate this problem. Based on the level of pain that the pop causes, More >
