I called for a cab this morning to get to the train station. While I was waiting for it to arrive, ( they said it would take 15 minutes ) I saw 7 open cabs pass by my apartment. If I hadn’t called there wouldn’t have been a single cab within 10 miles of my apartment. After about 20 minutes I called the company back and they said they would have to dispatch another cab. I got into the next one that came by. Typical.
Small towns suck

So I’m going home for Christmas ( briefly ) and after seeing Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street today I know my little sis would love it. ( I think so anyway. ) So using the interwebs I tried to find out when it would be playing. You know what? It’s not showing within 50 miles of where my parents live. What is that crap? I can’t stand small towns. They don’t have anything. That’s why I love Chicago.

Check out Find Nirmal a Wife. ( there’s also a Facebook group but you can’t join unless you go to Illinois Tech, I’m going to ask them to change that ) I can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner. My brothers at Sigma Phi Epsilon are constantly entertaining. Nirmal is a good dude. If you are interested you should definitely apply.
Good movies?

Wow, next weekend is going to be a big one for movies as far as I’m concerned. I want to see Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Charlie Wilson’s War, and maybe Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. I’m not totally sure about that last one, but the first two are definitely going to happen. I’m going going home for Christmas until Sunday morning ( early ) so give me a shout if you want in on any of these.
